Breakfast ends at 10:30am Monday to Friday and 11:00am on Saturday and Sunday at the large majority of US restaurants. That cutoff is a kitchen changeover, not a soft deadline: the grill switches over to lunch product and every item on the breakfast board becomes unavailable at once, including hash browns. McDonald’s own FAQ confirms hours are decided locally by each restaurant and its co-op, which is why no single national time is guaranteed.

No. All Day Breakfast ran from October 2015 until March 2020, when it was removed nationally to simplify kitchen operations during the pandemic, and it has not returned as a permanent program. Grill space is the reason it is unlikely to come back: eggs and lunch product compete for the same surface, and running both slows service on the items that generate most of the revenue.
A small number of franchisees keep one or two breakfast items available later in the day, and limited time promotions occasionally bring an item back for an afternoon window. Neither is a national program, and neither is something to plan around.
A restaurant being open 24 hours does not mean breakfast runs 24 hours, and this catches people out constantly. Overnight locations run the late night menu until roughly 4:00am, switch to breakfast, then switch again to lunch at the normal 10:30am cutoff. So a 24 hour restaurant actually gives you a longer breakfast window than a standard one, not an unlimited one.
