Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal

Steps To Make:
1. Bacon, Egg & Cheese (BEC) Biscuit
- Start with a good base biscuit, which is sturdy enough to handle all that BEC goodness.
- Make the bacon without burning up. Wrap the cookie sheet with aluminum foil, place the bacon slice on top, then put the bacon in the oven, and turn it on to 400ºF. Check it every couple of minutes for your desired level of crispness.
- Cook egg and fold it anyway you like.
- Assemble the BEC in 6 steps, once you have all the components prepared.
- Slice the warm biscuit.
- Cover the bottom half of each biscuit with a slice of cheese.
- Put the eggs on top of cheese and let it melt.
- Lay down bacon slices on eggs.
- Stake the top of bacon slices with biscuit and your delicious Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit is ready!
2. Hash Browns
- Cut 2-3 potatoes in a bowl, and boil on medium flame.
- Take off the non-stick bowl from the stove, and leave the potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Grate the potatoes well.
- Crack 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in that bowl, mix them well and ensure it gets a bit sticky.
- When the potato mixture is fully prepared, shape them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the shaped potatoes for 45 minutes.
- Add oil in a pan and fry one by one, or three at the same time.
- Place them in a dish.
3. McCafé
- Grab the best quality, 100% Arabica beans, and blend them well in a jar containing 1-2 tablespoon pure milk.
- Pour fresh/real milk in that coffee cup.
- Add sugar as per your likings.
