- Start with a good base biscuit, which is sturdy enough to handle all that BEC goodness.
- Make the bacon without burning up. Wrap the cookie sheet with aluminum foil, place the bacon slice on top, then put the bacon in the oven, and turn it on to 400ºF. Check it every couple of minutes for your desired level of crispness.
- Cook egg and fold it anyway you like.
- Assemble the BEC in 6 steps, once you have all the components prepared.
- Slice the warm biscuit.
- Cover the bottom half of each biscuit with a slice of cheese.
- Put the eggs on top of cheese and let it melt.
