The Snack Wrap came back in July 2025 after nine years off the menu, and now runs in three flavours from $2.99. Two are permanent; the Caesar is not.
A Snack Wrap costs $2.99 and runs from 330 calories for the Ranch and Spicy versions to 390 for the Caesar. Each one is a McCrispy chicken strip with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and sauce in a soft flour tortilla.
McDonald's pulled this item from US menus in 2016 and brought it back on 10 July 2025 to one of the strongest receptions any returning product has had. The version on sale now is not the one people remember: it is built on a McCrispy strip rather than the old grilled or crispy chicken, and the strips themselves were upgraded to a panko coating in July 2026. A McChicken is 400 calories and a McCrispy 470, so a Snack Wrap saves you 70 to 140 on either while costing about a dollar less. It also beats a 6 piece McNuggets on price, though the nuggets win on carbohydrate at 15g against 33g.
$2.99 is the suggested national price for all three flavours. McDonald's also runs a Snack Wrap Meal that lets you mix and match two wraps, which is where the value sits.
Launched on 21 July 2026 as part of a limited-time Caesar menu, this is the only version with an end date coming. McDonald's has not said when, which is the same wording it used before pulling previous limited items.
McDonald's removed salads from US menus in 2020, but the Caesar flavour stayed popular enough that the company brought it back through a sauce rather than reviving the Chicken Caesar Salad. The sauce is described as a creamy parmesan and garlic blend with notes of lemon.
